The Deal is the first book in the Off-Campus Series by Elle Kennedy. This book was great. Honestly I was considering taking a break from reading because the last 3 books I’ve read were just BLAH..but once I got a few chapters into this I didn’t want to put it down. I even stayed up an hour later than normal last night because every time I told myself I was going to put it down something interesting would happen and I would need to go to the next chapter to find out more information. 

I assumed going into this book that it would be follow a typical New Adult format and ultimately it did – but the characters were so easy to relate to and loveable that it made it all worth it. A few parts of it were even so comical that I found myself laughing out loud.

I’m very excited for the next installment in this series – The Mistake – which is Logan’s story and is due out at the end of this month!!!

4.5 out of 5 stars. I almost rated it 5 stars but I rarely rate books that high (usually less than 10 a year). While this book was phenomenal and I highly recommend it, it just didn’t quite hit the 5 star mark for me (but came very close).
