**I received a copy
of this book as a gift from the author in exchange for an honest review. **
I was actually very much enjoyed the plot of A Novel Obsession. When the author
first contacted me I agreed to read the book but honestly didn’t expect to like
it that much based on the synopsis. I was pleasantly surprised that this book
held quite a bit of mystery and suspense.
My biggest issue while reading the book is some sections
were way too “wordy” and the author just needed to get to the point. The author
also wrote from all the characters POV which I think reduced some of the
suspense since we knew exactly what each person was thinking/feeling all the
time.
Overall I give this book 2.5 out of 5 stars. While it’s not
the best romantic suspense book I have ever read it does have some merit.
