Fallen Crest Series (0.5-4) by Tijan

I will admit that I reluctantly picked up the first book in this series based on the recommendation of a friend of mine that has questionable taste in books. I didn’t really feel like reading a book about high school drama and whiny rich kids and based on the first couple reviews I read on Goodreads that’s what it seemed like this series was going to be but I was so wrong. I’m not saying that there isn’t high school drama in this but it’s not what you expect. This takes everything to the next level and these books are so well written with a fast pace that once you pick up the first one you won’t want to put it down. 

My absolute favorite thing about this series is how well the characters and their intertwining relationships are developed. If all of Tijan’s book have this good of character development you can now consider me a lifelong Tijan fan. 

I’ve been reading a lot of series lately where each book in the series follows a different character but the Fallen Crest books are different. The primary focus of all the books is the story of Mason, Logan, and Samantha. This was a refreshing change. It’s nice to see a story that is so well developed that it can be told in 5 full length novels without the reader getting bored. 

I absolutely cannot wait for #5 to come out this year. #4 leaves off on kind of a cliffhanger so I am anxiously awaiting that final installment (and praying that it ends with a lengthy epilogue.) I also saw something on Goodreads about a possible Logan novel and a Nate novella…. I hope that rumor is true.

Her mother. Threats are issued. Ultimatums are given. Even blackmail is used, but only Samantha can put a stop to Analise. However, when a trauma from her past is triggered, she may not have the courage or strength to do what’s needed. If she doesn’t, Mason’s future could be destroyed.

Fallen Crest Alternative Version (2.1) - This book was originally written to be the sequel to Fallen Crest High. It was scrapped and not used. Fallen Crest Family was written instead as the number two book in the Fallen Crest Series. However; this version was posted on the author's page for free reading as a thank you to her readers. After reading what she posted, enough fans requested this story to be published so here it is. This book is not meant to be promoted or a part of the Fallen Crest Series. It has been published at the readers' requests and it is for them to enjoy. With all this said, please enjoy. The original chapters are still posted for free reading.

Fallen Crest Public (3) - Sam's first day at Fallen Crest Public doesn't go well. Some girls want to be her. Some girls want to destroy her. And some just don't like her. All in all, despite being protected by Mason and Logan, it's still only the strong survive. Sam's other main dilemma? Keeping Mason and Logan from getting arrested or hospitalized.
